Kim Chesterfield MCSP SRP Director
Kim has been a qualified chartered physiotherapist for 20 years and
has worked closely within sport and fitness for the last 15 years.
She is a keen sportsperson participating in many different types of
sport and exercise and utilises this to support her everyday work.
She runs a very successful multi-disciplinary physiotherapy and fitness
clinic near Southampton which has developed over the last 10 years.
Kim has attended many major sporting events including the 2004 Olympic
Games in Athens as team physiotherapist to the British Sailing Team.
Kim has a great belief in exercise and healthy eating as an essential
part of a balanced lifestyle and for the relief of stress and is keen
to see Sprint-start bring this to philosophy to everyone. |
